On behalf of everyone at Coastal Property Group, I would like to wish you and your family a very happy and healthy 2015.

We are proud to announce that after many months of planning and hard work, our new website has been launched. One of the new features of our website is this newsletter, which will be distributed to all our clients on a monthly basis and will include the latest listings for sale and to let, property news including sectional title advice as well as updates on exciting developments within our organisation. We hope that you find our newsletter informative and if you have any suggestions or requests, we would like to hear from you.

I am very pleased to inform you that we have acquired new offices in Riebeek Street, on the outskirts of Cape Town, which will become the new home of our Head Office from March this year. What this means is that all our staff that are currently based in our Sea Point office, will be relocating. Our telephone number will be changing and this will be communicated to you in due course. We fully understand the importance of maintaining a strong presence on the Atlantic Seaboard and we have plans to open a satellite office in the area which will be used for Trustee meetings, enquiries, collections / deliveries etc, as and when required.

With the launch of our website and monthly newsletter came the development of a new sales division to compliment our already existing and established letting division. In order to increase our stock levels in this very competitive market, we are offering all our clients who own in buildings we manage, discounted commissions when listing their properties with us. Please do not hesitate to contact our Property Agents for further information.

For those of you that don’t know, Coastal Property Maintenance has been servicing our management and letting portfolios for over a year now and I would like to congratulate the team on a job well done. The company was setup specifically to reduce our reliance on external suppliers who often let us down with poor service. If you would like us to quote on any maintenance related work, please contact your Portfolio Manager or Property Agent.
